Long-part support
TAILSTOCKS
Support long parts opposite the spindle. Manual and pneumatic
tailstocks are sized by center height to match every HRT model.
Live-center variants spin with the part for high-speed work;
dead-center variants hold heavier loads at lower speeds.
FIXTURES
& OPTIONS
The right accessory turns a capable machine into a purpose-built
solution. Add a tailstock for long parts. Stage more work with a
tooling block. Swap the platter to match a recurring fixture. Drop in
Zero Point for setup times measured in seconds, not minutes.
Part staging
TOOLING BLOCKS
Stage more parts in a single setup. Aluminum tombstones bolt
to an adapter plate on the rotary face, with an outboard A-frame
support carrying the load. Index, machine, repeat — four, six, or
eight parts off the machine before the operator touches it again.
Workholding
CHUCKS & VISES
Hold round, irregular, or pre-machined stock. 3-jaw chucks bolt
directly to the platter for general-purpose workholding. Adapter
plates mount standard milling vises or pneumatic vises, on select
configurations, directly to the rotary face.
Platter Flexibility
ALTERNATE PLATTER OPTIONS
Reshape the platter to match the work. Select models accept
platter options beyond the standard T-slotted face — including
larger diameters, drilled mounting patterns, and lathe-style
spindle noses — so a recurring fixture doesnʼt drive every setup.
Automation Ready
 ZERO POINT KITS
Swap fixtures in seconds, not minutes. A Zero Point chuck
integrates into the rotary face and accepts pre-built fixture
pallets that drop in and lock with air pressure. Available in
manual and automatic versions for the TRT Series — stage
tomorrowʼs job while todayʼs is still running.
