BUILT-IN PALLET 
SCHEDULING
Start machining on any pallet, and the 
control automatically loads the next 
scheduled pallet and calls the correct 
program without interrupting the cycle. 
If you need to restart mid-cycle, just pick 
up where you left off, without losing your 
continuous loop.
OPTIONAL PARTS WASHER
Our Parts Washing Station for the Modular Robotic 
Pallet Loading System installs next to the load station 
to provide an automated system for washing and drying 
parts. Completed parts are removed from the machine 
by the RPL and moved into the parts washing station.
• Automated system to wash and dry parts
• Coolant washes chips from the parts
• High-flow air removes excess coolant
• Parts are returned to the pallet rack
